Returns
Paid orders can be canceled for a full refund until they are approved for print. After print approval, custom products are made to order and are refundable only if defective, damaged, lost in transit, or not materially aligned with the approved design snapshot.
How to request help
Contact support@designhawaiian.shop with your order ID, checkout email, and a short description of the issue. For damaged or incorrect items, include clear photos of the shirt and packaging.
Size exchanges
Size exchanges are handled case by case because each item is custom produced. Please review sizing before checkout and contact us quickly if you notice an order mistake before print approval.
Damage or issues
Contact us within 7 days of delivery for replacement or refund review. We may ask for photos, packaging details, or carrier information to resolve the issue.
