Processing time
Paid orders are reviewed before production. Review normally starts within 2 business days after Stripe confirms payment. If we need a design adjustment, we will contact you before approving the order for print.
Delivery
We currently accept orders for the US and Canada. Delivery estimates begin only after the design is approved for print. Gift-date delivery is not guaranteed unless a written support message specifically confirms it for your order.
Tracking
Order status is available through your private tracking link. Carrier tracking appears once the order ships.
