Design-A-Hawaiian provides custom apparel generated from your inputs. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
Orders
Orders are charged through Stripe, then reviewed manually before production. We may cancel and refund any order that cannot be produced safely, legally, or at acceptable print quality.
Delivery and support
Custom apparel delivery dates are estimates unless we confirm a specific commitment in writing for your order. Contact support with your order ID and checkout email for delivery, refund, or production questions.
Refunds and custom products
You can cancel for a full refund before print approval. After print approval, custom products are made to order and are refundable only for qualifying defects, damage, loss, or material mismatch with the approved design snapshot.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your original inputs. AI-generated pattern outputs are provided for your purchased product, subject to third-party rights and acceptable-use limits.
Acceptable use
Do not submit content that infringes third-party rights, targets protected classes, depicts sexual exploitation, promotes hate or violence, or violates local law.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for incidental damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price.
